and so are you my dear friend
tear down the walls now
don’t we all bleed red
your side my side why divide
let’s play a new game
can one be serene
in the midst of suffering
a meteor strikes
stop and take a breath
pause within the pure stillness
water sculpts the sand
let’s dance hand in hand
gay lesbian bi and straight
yes love conquers hate
the walking wounded
shuffling down the hallway
war brings suffering
drink deep the nectar
pineapple yellow sunshine
what will be will be
