where does food come from?
a grocery store you say
mother earth silly man
hurry hurry race
i am barely keeping pace
monkey mind disgrace
so called leaders ha!
fools masquerading as wise
water carves through stone
is the observer
separate from the observed?
wave is the ocean
do no harm today
caterpillar spins cocoon
impermanence reigns
death bows to no one
possessions are meaningless
truly, health is wealth
inhale and exhale
breath of life nourishes us
appreciate now
